Is a mindful start into your day. Using a combination of Yin and Yang yoga. The first half of the class is focused on sitting poses for deep stretching and to give the body time to warm up. The second part of class is Yang yoga, the movement. A gentle flow to move the whole body. This is a wonderful practice for people before they go to work and have to sit for long hours. Maybe you will be in a brighter mood and body throughout your day when you start the day with a mindful yoga practice.
